The Red Original UV Board Jacket is the perfect accessory to protect your board from fading caused by UV rays. The rear opening, combined with the UPF 50+ 4-way stretch material, makes putting the cover on a breeze. To reduce the risk of wear and tear, areas subject to particular stress, such as the nose and fin openings, have been reinforced.
The UV Board Jacket is also ideal for protecting your board when it is inflated and stored on a roof rack or in a storage room.
Available in three sizes: Ride 10'7‘: Suitable for 10'6’ Ride; 10'7‘ Wind; 10'7’ Windsurf; 10'8‘ Ride & 10'8’ Active - This size is suitable for boards from the 2020 Ride series and earlier, which are equipped with the three-fin system. Sport 11'1‘: Suitable for 11'0’ Sport & 11'3‘ Sport. Sport 12'6’: Suitable for 12'6‘ Sport & 12'6’ Elite.
Please note that although the board jacket reduces the effects of discolouration of the board caused by sunlight, Red Paddle Co does not recommend exposing inflated boards to high temperatures and direct sunlight for long periods of time.
