4. Right of Withdrawal and Revocation
4.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

We want you 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If not just let us know and we’ll take care of it for you. We only accept unused items returned for refund within 14 days from date of delivery. Your bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the case of freight forwarding goods, these costs are estimated within Austria at about 300 € per item (like windsurfboards or SUP hardboards). The costs in other European countries can be even higher.

You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if you have used or damaged them.

5. Prices and shipping costs

6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery takes place within Austria and other european countries. For deliveries to other coutries please contact us. Delivery is generally toward the curb. The further introduction of the goods and their packaging is the customer's business.
6.2 The delivery time is aproximately 5 to 14 days. On any different delivery times, we will inform you.
6.3 Delivery is for orders more then EUR 500,- free. 7. Risk and Transport

8. payment
8.1 Payment will be made either in advance, Paypal, credit card, invoice, surname or cash payment on pickup.

9. Retention of title

10. Final Provisions
