Standard delivery takes within Austria 4 - 8 business days to complete, all other countries EU 4 - 10 working days. In special cases the duration could be longer.

IS MY SHIPMENT INSURED?

All deliveries of shop.kitesurfing.at are insured against theft and damage. The insurance expires in the course of your written receipt when delivered by the respective parcel service. The package must be checked immediately during acceptance and, if necessary, claimed if there is damage. Complaints after acceptance are rejected by most delivery services and in this case we cannot accept these complaints.
