Wingsurfing or wingfoiling or winging is a relatively new water sport that combines elements of windsurfing, kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). This sport has become increasingly popular in recent years. Wingsurfing can be practiced in various bodies of water, including oceans, rivers and lakes. However, wingsurfing is not only possible with foil boards. You can also surf on the water with a larger windsurfing and SUP board. This helps you to learn the sport more quickly and is also a lot of fun.

Foil: In water sports, especially wingsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing or windsurfing, "foil" often refers to a hydrofoil or "foil" for short.
