SIC was born of shaper/waterman Mark Raaphorst. Hailing originally from the Netherlands, he left at the age of 16 to fulfill his windsurfing dreams, which, like so many windsurfers, landed him on the north shores of Maui, Hawaii. here he fulfilled his dream of becoming a waterman, making a living doing board repairs, and learning the craft of shaping from the masters.

The Okeanos Air, launched in 2022 with a new design, is based on the Okeanos Composite model in terms of dimensions and design.
The Okeanos appeals to a large target group of paddlers and can be loaded with a lot of equipment thanks to its generous luggage straps on both the bow and stern.
The board can be equipped with a single center fin or two additional side fins for stability and better tracking. It can also be used with just the two side fins in flat water, on rivers, and even in whitewater.
FST (Fusion Skin Technology) makes this board very stiff and durable, allowing it to compete with solid touring boards even with a larger payload.
Construction:
Fusion Skin Technology (FST) FST is the stiffest material that can be used to manufacture an inflatable. This material has a low-stretch, high-strength skin that is heat-welded to the outer PVC skin. This stiffer skin ensures that the board is super stiff even at a pressure of 15 psi, although it could be inflated to 20 psi.

Ich hatte nur allerbeste Erfahrungen mit dem Surfshop. Ich wollte zunächst ein Trapez zum Wingen, was der Hersteller aber nicht mehr herstellt.
