Return Policy

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE THAT THINGS TO TRY?

In general, you have from receipt of goods 14 days to try this. We want that you are satisfied with your choice and feel comfortable with it. If you are unsure of the color, the size or fit, we look forward to hearing from you and will try our best to help you.

WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

HOW DOES THE RETURN WORK?

If you want to return your order please contact us via shop@kitesurfing.at. We will send you further instructions.

Pack the goods again carefully in a box. You have to pay the shipping costs by yourself.

For the return shipping, please bring that requested we return label clearly visible outside of the package and return it with the Austrian postal service to us.

REFUND

The amount of the returned item will always be refunded after receiving and checking your shipment.  If the goods are find we will refund the amount. Please note that there may be delays in bank transfers due to different credit institutions.
Please note that other utilities do not (such as delivery and return costs, gift boxes, etc.) we will be refunded. Damaged or dirty goods and those which are no longer suitable for sale are not taken back by us.

REDUCED ITEMS

Of course you can exchange or return goods also declined. You the amount of the item ordered is credited according to your payment method.
